today i had a homemade quad espresso for breakfast, and i just had my first meal of the day after work around 5pm. its weird i can eat alot when i'm hungry but i dont really have to eat that often. i really feel better when i'm on the hungry side cuz when i over eat i have incredible bouts with the toilet.

damn i got off the subject of low cost. you cant beat the ramen for cheap. nobody can starve when theres ramen. but i agree with balton.de - i like the oreintal soups with some vegies and psuedo-meat better. call me high-maintenance.

rukee- i prefer my ramen without much water too. more like oriental that way.

Dunno if breakfast counts as "meal". Cheap it is. I guess the coffee, toast and chocolate cream I usually eat for breakfast make for ~1$.

Otherwise it'S surely the 2.5$ "döner kebab". Only it's not the real thing, it is a fast-food "döner in a bun" made of chicken.
Quite amusingly, you also get a "gyros in a bun" which is actually the same

I once ordered a döner in a greek restaurant... the shopkeeper didn't seem to take notice :p
