What Maps are Servers Running These Days?

I'm thinking about getting back into Inf, but I'd like to avoid spending half of every game waiting for stuff to download. I have most of the major mutators, and the weapons packs and stuff, but I don't know what maps people are playing these days. Is there a list of maps that are commonly played on the public servers? If I can get atleast the "staples" then it should minimize my in-game download times.

A good place to look is CombatMaps, check out their server browser. It lists all the maps in the current list on the servers, and also a link to a download (if it can find it).

You might also want to check out the map packs section of RealMaps and grab the post-2.9 mappack. Servers do run pre-2.9 maps, but a lot of the time they are quite small and can be downloaded directly from the server.

Looking at the list and knowing that our server (which is quite some faster) can't handle some of the maps, I understand why JgKdo always lagged like sh!t on certain maps... full auto = semi and alike...
