Well Bot_40 I took your advice.....

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

that looks like the sort of error you get if you have a non-solid, then add a solid through it. If you have any non-solids in that area, make sure that their order is To Last.

It is almost certainly an ordering error becuase I seriously doubt that cubes would cause errors where cylinders wouldn't. Keep messing with the orders of the brushes, try setting to orders so that they would be in the same order as if you were to build the room again from scratch.

I agree wholeheartedly. :D
It may be something else but, ... it looks exactly what I get
when the build order of the brushes is not right.

Hmmm, there seems to be 3 types of bsp errors.

Ones which only appear when you look at them from a certain angle, or that don't appear when you are inside a wall. These seem to be caused by some sort of intersection/order problem. Mainly with non-solids and sheets.

The errors which are always visible, these seem to easier to fix and find the cause of the problem than with other errors. Tey seem to be caused by vertecies off the grid, areas with too many awkward bsp cuts etc.
Also seem to appear with some warp zone errors I think.

Collision errors, don't know what the hell causes these but they are USUALLY easily fixed by finding the path of the collision error then adding a brush somewhere in it's path.

Blah blah blah I have no idea what I am talking about blah blah blah
