First, let me tell you my carpal tunnel experience. The symptoms for me were my fingertips going numb. This is common in certain careers where you use you hands constantly. I had the surgery called carpal tunnel release. It's a little cut, it releases the pressure on the nerve. I was back playing after missng only 3-4 weeks. Typically, the sooner you act, the better the results. Waiting too long may result in permanent damage to the nerve. Call your doctor and have it checked out if you think you have it.

The Intel core i7 2600K @ 4.6Ghz is still as fast or faster than all that came before or after.
