UT2kX VCTF-CrashFlight

As promised, I'm releasing the VCTF version of ONS-CrashFlight. The VDOM version will have to wait as the ONS version was based on the VCTF version, and I haven't even started working on the VDOM version. Basically I think that the VCTF version is less exciting, but more challenging. Bots defend the flag really nicely, just like real humans would, and they assault the flag nicely as well, even though they sometimes tend to attempt riding inside the flag room with a Scorpion (and usually fail).

Known Issues: Bots sometimes act oddly, and they love getting vehicles inside the ships.


Unreal Tournament 2004 and either Mega Pack or Editor's Choice Edition. To run the map, you also have to download the required files in the archive CrashflightFiles.zip.


Unzip CrashflightFiles.zip into your UT2004 folder, and VCTF-Crashflight.zip into your UT2004\Maps folder.


This is a map, converted from UTXMP to the main UT2004. It is perfect for Onslaught and Vehicle CTF - the setting is outdoors, there are two spaceships on both sides of a valley, one is human (NEG), the other one is Skaarj. Across the landscape there are some scattered powerups. The flags are inside the space ships, acting like actual ship engines that you have to capture in order to power your own ship to fly out of Na Pali.


This map has been also converted to ONS and VDOM. Check them out as well.


Currently converting all kinds of stuff from Unreal II to UT2004 and from UT3 to UT2004.
