UT3 crashing in Windows 7

    Has anybody seen a fix for UT3 crashing in Windows 7??
    I can play it for a few minutes, then it will crash with the following error.

    I checked there Epic forums, they talk about it, but no fix.

    I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium
    UT3 is up to date, nVidia & sound drivers are up to date..

    system
    Asus P5k SE w/ Intel core2 @ 3.0
    4 gb ram, evga 275gtx, sound blaster XFi gamer.

    Any ideas?

    Looks like PhysX is broken
