UT2k4 DDS Convert Problem

Hi

I can't convert the UT2k4 exported DDS files!!
Is there a program to convert it?
I know there's another way like WOTgreal.
But i'm really need an import/export program for DDS files.
Did someone got this type of program?

And anyone know why are the main UT2k4 texture packages are blocked from external opening?
