Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Sorry for bumping this but it's possible. If you make them start on level one and the needed exp for level 2 is 9999999. Than yes you can stop them from getting level ups, and go into the RPG ini and give yourself all ablitles and exp.

Besides, that would take a REALLY long time, unless you somehow die, even though you have everything maxed, than yes it won't take long. On there hand you could make this set up:
Level 1:99999999999
Level 2:99999999999
etc, and give them 1 exp per level, you're in for some major pwnage.
