UE2 - UT2kX UT2004 Model request: Justice (Guilty Gear)

Hy, I'm new here. First I just want to request a character model if it is possible here. She is Justice from Guilty Gear XX:

She (yes, she was a women before she become a cyborg) is a character from the fighting game series Guilty Gear XX. If anyone can make her as a model to the Unreal Tournament 2004, I will be really happy. If it is not possible or I'm not in the right place to make a thread for this, then please navigate me to the right place. :)

Of course, if you need more pictures or video about her, I can show more.
