We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

So how, exactly, do you intend to entice people to actually join your mod? People simply won't join a mod with no idea of what it's about.

If I were you, I would put the website up before recruiting. It tends to go easier if you can simply point to the site where they can read all of the mod info there.

You also should set up some web forums so your team can communicate with eachother, and the community. MSN is not a good tool for keeping in contact with a number of people, its very rare that all of them are online at the same time (at least in my team it is). If you don't want to mess with setting a forum up, I can help you)
