UT GOTY with Xbox360 Controller

What's the configuration for using an Xbox 360 controller for UT99?

I done gave Xpadder a try but it wasn't what i used a while back. This had something to do with XBCD drivers and setting up the User.ini file. This is an example of my use.ini, I already have the turning set up good I'm just having problems setting my looking up/down and it isn't working.

I kinda doubt you'll be able to get it to work. I tried it with UT2004, a more recent game, and the view kept tilting off to the lower left.
