Unreal's ASMD or UT's Shock Rifle

Bring back the ASMD from Unreal 1!
That poofy excuse of a weapon(I am refering, of course, to the Shock Rifle) that fires in slow motion and has a big blue beam thingy...I HATE IT! The lightning effect was so much better, the fire rate gave you a feeling of power.
