    1) Senior Software Programmer, Simulation and Game Development
    Five years or more professional experience coding simulations or game programs in C++ or similar, testing and debugging. Love of games, gameplay, and simulating real world processes, including modern firearms. Bonus: UnrealScript, UDK, Unity 3D, AI, developing commercially successful game titles. (Proof of strong skills or published games/simulations will be considered as a substitute for years of experience.)

    2) Software Programmers, Simulation and Game Development
    Three years or more professional experience (or experience developing successful game title) programming simulations or game programs in C++ or similar, user testing and debugging. Love of games, gameplay, and simulating real world processes, including modern firearms. Bonus: UnrealScript, UDK, Unity 3D, AI, developing commercially successful game titles. (Proof of strong skills or published games/simulations will be considered as a substitute for years of experience.)

    3) Senior 3D Artist
    Five years or more professional experience in Character Modeling and Rigging with Autodesk 3ds Max or Autodesk Maya, Animation using Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Motionbuilder, or similar, facial animation and lip-synch animation, Environment modeling and texturing, Image editing and tiling textures in Photoshop, Modeling and texturing vehicles, Creating 3D art assets for real-time game engines, Creating textures and image maps for 3D models, Level Design and Layout using the content editor tool appropriate for Unreal, 2D art and animation in Adobe Flash. (Proof of strong skills, outstanding portfolio, or published games/simulations will be considered as a substitute for years of experience.)

    3) 3D Artists
