Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
OK, thanks for the comments. I'm installing Win8 soon, and I want Unreal and related custom maps to work.

Sure, it worked just fine, after installing Smirftsch's 227 patch. I've since gone on to Windows 10, and Unreal works just fine there too, as one can see from my other post in this regard. In addition to having installed hi-end textures, I've also installed about 30 custom map packs that all work nicely.
