2, Two of those links are not very helpful.
3, state what game you want it done for ie, UT, UT2003 or UT2004. The latter more likely to get done.

Good good, but is that the closest you can find, or don't you mind him having quite a bit of body armour on? Some things like the scarf can be alphed out, but the elbow pads probably can't.

Team colours are easy(ish) to add, it is dependant on the skin artist, the original model won't limit it that way.
