UE1 - UT UED keeps freezing on "Cleaning up".

When I'm done rebuilding the map and it tries to go and "Cleaning up" it freezes the program. I need to ctr-alt-delete it and end the process.

Whenever I encounter problems like that I just reboot the PC and it seems to work when I load up Ued again.
