I'm still trying to decipher it. I can't quite tell if he's saying the movies were based on the games, which is bass-ackwards (like Gecko said).

The part about needing beer? Because that is so true right now.

Actually, it is possible the movies were just a marketing gimic created as advertisements for the game, which would mean that the movies WERE based on the games. This makes sense, in a "Hi, my name is (GR)Killer" kinda way.
