Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

but you can use the UT Skinmaker .
There is also a UT Skinmaker Modelpack .
It contains many custommodelfiles , like Abbey , Spawn , Rumiko ....

I think it could be possible if you get the original psk files for those models and convert them into .upp format, find the original textures (by converting .dds files into .png's) and that's all I thing. The worst thing will be making the .u, .int or whatever (I don't remeber too much about UT).
It's on the UT2003 CD too... Try to search on the web, maybe there is an older version you can download that explains something.
I don´t think there is a UPaint for UT.

Just had to do that no offense! UPaint is only for UT2k3/4 for UT you can use as SaD says UTSkinmaker which is in basics the excact same just not so many tools as UPaint.
UPaint is provided with UT2k3/4 as a 'standard' tool which can be installed as you wish.

I saw his post but i dont know how to use it also when i start and pick the model and save it says ending prefix needed of sumthin like that
