I’ve been meaning to post something about this concept for a new tire/wheel combination for a long time, but keep forgetting.

Click on the picture gallery link. I think pic 7 out of 10 shows a good view of it. When this thing is on a car rolling down a road, it looks like there is nothing but air between the road and the hub.

but whatt if you have a chip fat powerd car that uses candles as head lights and back lit diels and has tweels?
the cops will have a hard job stopin that one espeshaly if its intirly bulet prouf and is emp resistant like the british fighters (american can be brought down in a lightnong storm, british ones cant).

I'm sure there's a similar prototype for motorbikes. The outer skin is segmented.
