Triple of the same maps problem

I am having a very strange problem. In some of the game modes there is more than one of the same map. For example on Death Match, there are 3 of every single map in the map list when it should only be 1. How do I fix this?

Usually you get this if there are indeed several maps of the same name installed. Check your paths for duplicates. Also check your paths for duplicate ints and ucls.

Ok, I left the game and checked and no duplicates were found on my computer. I restarted the game and this time there were no duplicates. Not sure why there were duplicates before. Mabe some kind of bug but right now no duplicates but if duplicates come back then I will let you know.
