Ok, so this clearly isn't working out. I've set my mind to getting this tournament started about a half dozen times, and every time something big comes up that puts me off and distracts me. I just don't think I'm going to be able to admin this thing, at least not as the primary admin. Is anyone else interested in tackling this, preferably someone who has some past experience with this sort of thing?
