Okay Here is the console on starting up the server. Also today for the first time I notice the lines "Master server requests heartbeat 1 with code 460" repeating a bit in the server after it started up. This I didn't see until today. Also my server is the DMZ as I have a netgear router. There is no problem with running other game servers on this machine but is there anything that could pose a problem with a router? I also have heard that power schemes can have issues with ut? I have heard others having problems iwth ut2003 in dedicated mode but when in listen mode things are fine. here is the server startup:
