why not include stuff like kevlar vests, lasersights, bandoliers etc, it will just add to the realism!!

Read the damn roadmap! Kevlar body armour is in there, some weapons have laser sights and bandoliers are not very realistic. Why? because soldiers already have combat harnesses, like the ALICE (All Purpose Lightweight Infantry Carrying Equipment).
