well the gang over at Grimm Brother Productions has done it again..from the mappers that brought you the glorious maps ,
'DM-Uberdome' and 'Dm-CorpseGrinderXT'
comes' DM-Fringeworthy',based,very loosely,on an ancient roleplaying game called 'Fringeworthy' you,the player,navigate a system of portals.Each portal transports you to a minimap each minimap is a land of either order or chaos,every minimap contains a gateway to the central portal system.,currently the idea is to have 8 dimensions to go to we have 3 currently functioing and although it is too early to tell there may or may not be 'human only' maps .The physics of the map being beyond the bots and pathnodes ability to navigate,Currently two of the worlds attached to the portal system fucntion quiet nicely and thanks to 'SlickWilly' for his functional multiskyzone script without which this map would have been impossible.we almost waited for Unreal2 to do this what with the new capabilites of the new Unreal engine and editor,probably would make this more practical,nevertheless it is being attempted.If anyone would like a 'preAlpha' version to look at and provide feedback we'll post the file on our website and you can download it in its current state,it does work its just that there's not too many worlds yet,estimated time to completion,1 month
