Q3A is entirely about action and making things 'fair'. If you have armor and health over 100, they tick back down. You get either the bare minimum # of shots in a gun or 1 shot in a gun, even if you take it off a guy who's been loading up for 10 minutes.
The guns respawn in no time.
UT is a mixture of action and endurance. You only lose health or armour above 100 if you get shot. If some guy runs around loadin up his gun and you kill him, you get whatever he had in his gun. The guns take longer to respawn. If you want a gun, you'll have to live long enough to grab it. It's not 'fair', but why would you want fair? You'll NEVER know how good you really are if everything is fair.
