The "Death Dealer"

If anyone could make Frank Frazetta's "The Death Dealer" as a character for UT:2004 that would be really cool.

I even have tried to draw him, but im not the best at drawing so this has taking me some time, ive got most of his body except his legs....
So if anyone could help me, it would be great.
