i think i've read about my problem here earlier, but can't remember:
in your 3d view of unrealed, you see a texture you've used before, and now ya want to use it for other surfaces again. how do you find out the texture's name? or is it possible to copy and paste it to somewhere else?

thanx

Hi Roli27,

To copy a texture you see in the 3D window, left click on the texture to select it, then hold down the Alt key and right-click on it.
To paste it, select (left click) the surface you want to paste the texture on, hold down the Alt key and left-click on it. (If you right-click, you'll see the texture name in the pop-up menu)

(Yes, I know. Copy and Paste was a FAR too obvious choice to ever hope to be in the editor.) /~unreal/ubb/html/wink.gif
