The U2XMP community was die-hard and loyal. With little to no advertisement, PR, or hype the game became loved by many. With the closing of Legend Entertainment it lost its source, but it found its fuel with those that refused to let go.

UT:XMP has no budget - but it does have you!

Help make this mod last for many arti caps to come. Tell a friend about XMP. Post in your favorite forums. Help new players understand the complex workings of the game. Play regularly. Play fair.

Free monkey. Quit complaining.

Amen, brother.

Once the kinks are knocked out of this game, it will hopefully be rocking hard-core... And once we get that female ranger and more maps from FMI :)

Perhaps we should wait till after we get an initial patch to really start spreading the word. I know some people have been turned off because of the bugs. I'm sure they'll be fixed, but it IS kinda frustrating and isn't likely to inspire fan-dom.

Who ever says the first release is perfect? *Cough* UT2003 *cough*?

I've told my friends, but I told them when U2XMP came out that it was highly recommended... The game has a ton of promise... I didn't see anything show-stopping when i tried it.

Polish? Yes. Nothing that can't be addressed over the next few releases.

I am with the Dubious one on this one. Dubious is an XMP and Unreal community vet. He knows what it takes to kee a community going. XMP started on Factory and we are forever greatful. Listen to his words of wisdom.

:D, i've already begun trying to get support, i've changed my msn name to say {UTXMP} utxmp.com and stuff, posted on a couple of the forums i've signed up to ^^

After a few patches or so I think my clan is gonna put up a server(I hope) Till then me and my clanmates that do play will visit the pubs. So far we really like it!!!!! And on top of that we're telling people on our jb server to check it out.
