hi samurai can you help me please

i downloaded the mapvote/bdb/3.04 file for unrealtournament 1 to my pc and the file will not open

it says its not a [valid archive]

im using winzip 8.0 to try and open it

my pc runs on xp

i dont think its my firewalls cos i turned them off
but im running norton2004 security and blackice

would you know whats stopping it please from opening
