Team DM Players vs. Bots setting is totally [edit] fixed!

Does anyone know how to fix this? When I host a players vs. bots game with a 1:2 ratio, max players 6 with godlike bots, as soon as my friend joins the game, I get swapped over to the blue team with him and 3 of the bots, making it 1 bot vs 5 (3 bots and 2 humans). What the hell? This used to work fine and now it's gone all retarded. Here are my .ini settings for TeamGame:

[UTGame.UTTeamGame]
GoalScore=50
bPlayersBalanceTeams=True
bWeaponStay=true
MaxLives=0
bRebalanceAfterTravel=false
bRebalanceOnceAfterTravel=True
bAllowNonTeamChat=False
bWarmupRound=False
bForceMidGameMenuAtStart=False
NetWait=15
ClientProcessingTimeout=30
WarmupTime=0
SpawnProtectionTime=2.000000
LateEntryLives=1
ResetTimeDelay=0
MaxCustomChars=32
TimeLimit=30

I've fiddled with this a billion times and nothing fixes it. It starts out fine -- me vs. 2 bots -- and as soon as another human joins, bam, everything goes to hell. I've been using BattleRPG and Gibalicious and that's it really; my friend and I were going to go off againt 4 Godlike bots with ridiculous BattleRPG weapons, but this stupid bug totally ruined that. Disabling all mutators has had no effect.

Thanks for any help!

I actually haven't tried it in other game modes yet. I just don't get why all of a sudden the game takes a huge dump all over itself for seemingly no reason.

I guess I could try deleting ALL my .inis and see if that's it, or if there's something else making it go nuts.

This is old but it's been a while since I played UT3. I think, THINK I might know what causes this, as I've managed to fix it. If you have your .inis in the game root directory AND the My Games\UT3 directory, the game might get confused or something, because as soon as I deleted my inis from the root but left the My Docs folder intact, I stopped having this problem.

So, moral of the story: if you store your game files like custom maps etc. in your root folder structure instead of the My Games folder, DON'T do that for your ini files. Leave them alone in My Games and leave everything else in the root. And ensure there are inis in only ONE of the two locations, not both.
