UE2 - UT2kX Subtraction Errors

I'm making my first level, things have been going fairly smooth so far, but I'm going to subtract a new room, and the result is a bigger room than specified.

I intersected the brush, so there shouldn't be any weirdness there. It's a fairly simple op that I've done quite a few times before, and I don't know where to turn.

You scaled the brush. Select the brush, then look at the four number boxes at the bottom right. Should all be 1.
