strange hack of bdmapvote ? some players can kick all

hi
on my server running bdbmapvote 304 .... but i get some messages from players that there is sometimes a player who can place more than 1 kickvote against the same player ! the kicks every player 6 times till he get kicked ...

the last time it happens i was informed by icq and watched in my adminweb panel and saw it ... at last the was only 1 player at the server .... this was this guy ... i banned him ... so now i uninstalled this mut. there seems to be a hack or so , this sucks ....
