Strange CTF player models, while online

Ok, online while playing CTF it seems that the players look like green twisted metal rods, and some look like REALLY overweight people. Wtf is going on?! Is there anyway to fix this problem?

its not a problem. That server set it for if you kill alot of people and dont die you get fatter making you a bigger target, but when you die alot you are real skinny making it harder for people to kill you.

Why the hell were some people skinny with no skin on, and some where huge?
