I have a problem with the sound degrading in both Unreal and UT. As I play, it begins to get staticy and the volume decreases until it is completely gone. This is for both sound effects and music. After several minutes, it will come back, but it's like the reverse of how it started going away (is soft and staticy, then gets louder as static decreases). I have only noticed this problem in the Unreal games, not UO, AC, EQ, Quake, etc. I have a SB AWE64 Gold soundcard. Got any ideas what this is?
