Sound is messed up and is always too low

On max volume the sound is still too low. I have it on max and my speakers all the way up but still too low. Not my speakers problem cause it only does this on this game. Is there some setting file or something that has stuff on the sound? Maybe something there got messed up. Anyone know how to fix this?

where? In the game? There is no sound option. There is an audio option but there is no other tab in it and no option for do nothing. Is this option in the game or on the computer? How do I get to it?

In Windows. Right click the speaker icon > choose playback devices > go to the last tab (communications) > choose do nothing > click apply > click ok

In theory, that option is good since it makes everything more silent during calls so you could hear others more easily. In practice, it has no clue what a call is.

It effects the game volume because it reduces the volume of the speakers over all whenever it perceives a phone call. Another thing you can do to make the speakers sound even better is go into Control Panel>Sound>Speakers>Properties button>Enhancements tab>check the box next to Loudness Equalization. I had 90% improvement in my sound volume after that.
