UE3 - General Sound Designer looking for a project

Heya

I'm a freelance Audio Engineer with over 10 years experience and would really like to get involved with a project. I have completed an Adv Dip in both Theatre Production and Audio Engineering and I'm up-to-date Pro Tools 101.

I have had over 10 years experience in audio recording, production and design through my extensive involvement with live theatre and musicals. I have also gained experience in composition, design and recording for film and radio, live and studio based recording and production for many different genre bands.

I have had experience in not only the recording and production of music, foley and atmos but also the the writing, performing and directing of vocal dialogue.

I have a home based studio set-up, access to a wide range of royalty free sfx and music, a whole lot of mates (female and male) who are talented actors and vocal artists and access to a professional studio.

My home based set-up is a:

Computer: Apple MacBook Pro - Intel C2D 2.5Ghz/4Gb/250G/DVD±RW/NVIDIA GF 8600M GT 512M/15.4"WXGA/Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard/MS XP SP2

Audio Interfaces: M-Audio Firewire 18/14 + MBox (original series)

Monitor Systems: Custom designed stereo monitor system by Total Recoil + Cheap-Ass Logitech system for surround mixing (looking to get something better)

Headphones: AKG K-44

Audio Programs: ProTools 8, Logic Studio, Ableton Live 6

Mics: Shure 58's + 57's, AKG 414

Portable Recording: Sony MiniDisc

Greetings MattyEss! Ah, a kindred spirit! That's one of my hobbies, too. I'm sure you'd have no trouble finding people who could use your expertise. Might I suggest searching for UT3DOM, RuneStorm or one of the teams from the Make Something Unreal Contest?

maybe you should also write down your general demands...? I mean what kind of project you would join?

Or what about that: To remix some of UT1 Tracks for UT3 with those different segments for action, suspense etc etc as like it was done with mech 8, godown.

As for demands Creavion, I don't really have any. I'm pretty versatile, I'm just looking for a project that could use me. If someone has a project in the making that needs music and wants me to do a remix, I'm happy enough to, or in need of custom foley, or sfx, or background atmos, or dialogue.
