Some advice on where to find smaller JB maps

I run a server for a local gaming club, and I'm trying to get the club interested in UT2004 Jailbreak. Unfortunately, I have to start JB out on an 'off night' which means that I may only have 4 people (at best 8 or 9) present.

Can any of you guys recommend a few smaller maps for us to try? Most of the stock maps are way too big for a small crowd, and bots don't go over too well. Babylon temple isn't bad because at least you can see what's going on, but most of the rest I tried are just too big.

The JB2004 Classics Map Pack could be just what you need. These maps are on the smaller side and bots do quite well in them.

Good suggestion- here's an addon

OK- we've been playing the classic map pack pretty much every week since this thread happened, and with great success. I've got a few of my own mutators thrown in to keep things interesting.

Are there any small maps with escape hatches? I'm going to check out Furia, ScorchedEarth, Chrome, Skaraphat, and Tomb to see if we can add any to the rotation.

Are there any small maps with escape hatches?

The only smaller maps I can think off which have an escape are Gauntlet (1 man escape) and Aswan (2 man escape).
There are also escapes in Heights (2 man escape) and IndusRage2 (? man escape), but both seem to be quite difficult. I can't think of more at the moment.

I'm going to check out Furia, ScorchedEarth, Chrome, Skaraphat, and Tomb to see if we can add any to the rotation.

Furia, ScorchedEarth, Chrome and Skaraphat are quite small too.
You also could try Sludge's JB-LostCanyon.
