Software for measuring temperatures

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Basically, I'm looking for a small and free program to monitor hardware temperatures. Already tried MBM and it didn't work very well for my computer, insisting that my CPU temp. was 97 C, or just over 200 degrees Fahrenheit, in "resting" mode, which I know isn't correct.

So, I need an alternative that works better on my system. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I see from another post that you are running an ASUS board.
Have you not tried the ASUS PC Probe software that came with the board?

That's just it. It wasn't included. I told the online shop which parts I wanted when I ordered and they put everything together. I think they forgot to slip the CD into the package.

No sweat though. Speedfan does the job.
