SO MANY GAMES SO LITTLE TIME

DAMN I remember one point in my gaming life where Quake 2 was the only good game but NOW DAMN there are soooo many gggrrrreat games that i don't know what to buy -- Been checking Pc Gamer and PCXL for games to get and here's my list of planning to buy games, suggestions? though I must say I don't like games like Age of Empires, nasty StarCraft addiction....terrible....

UT (unfortunately not yet), System Shock 2, Aliens Vs Predator, Homeworld, Descent 3, Need 4 Speed 4, thief Gold and 2, SoF, Swat III, Rogue Spear and original perhaps Tribes?

Please add or deduct a game based on expirence thnx!

Damn I think you've pretty much nailed 'em all on there.

My "to-get" list is pretty short: FIFA 2000, Duke Nukem Forever, Team Fortress 2, System Shock 2, Flight Unlimited 3.

Well, it's short considering I bought 15 PC games last year. Thing is, the best ones were the first and last ones: ESPN XGames Proboarder and UT.

The science of ownage is a simple one: Shoot, kill, rinse, repeat.

Yeah, same here - TeamFortress2 & DNF. Also wonna see Fallout3 out this year.<hasn't been officially announced, tho.>

I just got Proboarder in the mail (free with EA classic purchase, I bought NHL 99). Loads of fun, but arcade-like (I'd love to see Morgan LaFonte do a 20' 180, land on the LIFT CABLE, boardslide the sucker 40+ feet, then do a 720 3x backflip mellon to late nose grab) (That last part may be a different language to some, but it translates to one sike trick!). The freeride level on the super circuit rocks!
