Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

two possibilities:
1. you have joined a LAN or Internet game and your Skinpackage is 'unknown' (= not installed) on the server
2. the skinpackage you use is not listed inside the UnrealTournament.ini file. Search for the ServerPackages= statements and add the following line below the other ServerPackages= lines:
Serverpackages=MySkinPackageName (without extension)
in addition the 413 patch 'fixes' the green textures that show up and replaces them with default textures/skins if the above setups are missing.
