I would assume that you would go about it like skining a person, except that you wouldn't need an .int file. under the display catagory in the Krall properties, there's a spot for skin and you would just enter you skin there. Now i don't know if anyone knows the positioning of the parts of the krall, but it would be easy to find out by experimenting.
