here's what you do, go to any search engine, and search for "SEGA ROMS". this will pull up a list of matches that have ripped sega games on the website for download. however, you can't just play the game from desktop or another file. you need a program called and EMULATOR. you can search for those too. you need a SEGA EMULATOR to run sega games or a nintendo emulator to run nintendo games. i just deleted SF2 off of my zip disk cause i needed more room. i got my copy of the game at VIM.com, but i just went there and the stupid A55 f u c k e r s replaced my favorite website with a friggin shoestore or some shi7. that piss3s me off to no end. anyway, search for ROMS or SEGA EMULATORS and you're bound to find it somewhere. search for SHINING FORCE 2 also. i know this helps.

INSTRUCTIONS:

when you get the ROM and the EMULATOR, you need to put them both in the same file. from there, run the emulator program. when the emulator is running, click on file, and there should be a list of games that you can run. click on the game you want to run, and go for it! some emulators may be seriously f*u*c*k*e*d up, likewise with the games. so, if you want to play Shining Force 2 or any other game for that matter, get ROMS and an EMULATOR, hope this helped you out.

i thought he meant the actual physical cartridge.

roms as easy to find, but its just not the same as playing it on the machine it was meant to run on, holding the big genesis control pad /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif

I have emulators and roms coming out of my ears. No, not literally. I do have a few hundred megs of emulators and roms for the genesis, nes, snes, gameboy, game gear, master system, atari 2600, and colecovision. Combine those with a Microsoft Sidewinder Gamepad Pro and my Voodoo3 3000 hooked up to my TV through the S-Video cable and it works out nicely. Yes, I am a self-confessed nerd.

I wanted the actual physical cartridge though, I can't find that at any local stores and online it runs around $30.
