Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I dont think its legal for u to pay people to make a model for u in ut2004. i have no proof of this but i heard it somewhere that u cant pay or charge people for stuff like this

you certainly can pay for or charge for services rendered. However as cheapalert said making money from someone elses property is a bad idea. Doing it for free and putting it into a completely non-compedative unrealated(pun) setting starts to fall into the area of fan fiction, which while technically is copyright infringement, is usually allowed/overlooked since the promotional value is higher than the possible damage. (usually)
I made my own version of Sephiroth for UT (not the 2k versions). But he needs custom animations & his skin mapping fixed up (along with a few twicks to the model itself to make some spots less blocky) & then skinned.
