Hi,
I'm pretty sure this has come up before but it really does bug me. The reticules are simply too dark for use in most infiltration specific maps which are quite dim. The reticule for the Robar has a huge black dot in the middle, if not directly obstructing, then at least distracting. As for the PSG reticule, before anyone starts going on about realism, the real PSG can ONLY be used with a Hensoldt Wetzlar 6x42 scope. This scope has an illuminated reticule, activated by a button on the left side of the scope. So unless the battery in the scope is permanantly flat, or you've ground off the welded scope mount and welded on your own, (I'm sure everyone would agree that both these are rather unlikely), then the reticule should be illuminated.
If the loadout system is based on weight, then the PSG would take up a lot of budget as it weighs 18lb/8kg. Wouldn't it be a bit unfair if the snipers couldn't perform due a lack of ambient light and didn't have enough weight budget to carry much else?
Sorry about the b*tching /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif but I really think this should be considered. Other than that 2.75 is a vast improvement on 2.6, especially the auto inf skins.
Love the mod
Tom
