I hereby submit a formal request for an extension of the ignore feature. We should be able to ignore two people when they start talking to each other. In this case, Worf and Tool. Tool is too entertaining to ignore completely, and occasionally you can glean something resembling an actual standpoint from Worf's posts, but when they start arguing it's like watching an elephant run into an articulated lorry.

McCain is good but he needs to stop selling out to the republican party. Even though he can't stand bush he's doing all of the support so that he'll gain the public eye and have a shot at running for the white house.

*shrug* A case of the ends justifying the means, I think. If he stopped selling out to the Republicans he'd never be elected by anyone, and then no matter how good he was he'd never actually do any good.

Well you have always been one to never accept the truth.
so you're saying everyone who voted for Al Gore was a fat sweaty white guy who lies about everything to supposedly serve a greater good?

and Sam, wtf is a lorry?

:edit: oh, and I'm confused about what you mean by me not having a standpoint. Many times I've gone into exhaustive (read as: tldr) detail about my positions on subjects. If there's something you don't understand, you can PM me and I will be as clear as I can. I certainly don't try to obfuscate. I can sometimes type things wrong, or poorly, but not purposely vague.

I mean they think like him you smartass. ;)

I sure as hell aren't fat and sweaty.

Kinda like how everyone who is a republican can't remove their head from their ass for a second to see how much George Bush is screwing everything up.

A lot of ppl don't like Bush, but are smart enough to see through his crap. Many in this very forum. I'd say it's stretching it to say ppl think ilke him.

You could try learning English, or you could just visit dictionary.com like everybody else.

Thanks so much for being helpful. Even your own intellectual superiority over all of us is overshadowed by your magnanimous display of humanitarianism.

:edit: oh, and something else to chew on. If I look it up, I know what it means. If I ask publicly, and it's answered publicly, everyone not from Britain reading this thread knows what it means.

You know, you could have looked it up yourself, and then told everyone what it meant.

I don't feel comfortable presuming to know the Queen's English better than the Brits. I thought it was more appropriate to defer to a cultural authority of sorts.

And to end it all-
Lorry:A motor truck
[Perhaps akin to dialectal lurry, to lug, haul.]

Lorrie \Lor"rie\, Lorry \Lor"ry\, n.; pl. Lorries. [Prob. from lurry to pull or lug.] A small cart or wagon, as those used on the tramways in mines to carry coal or rubbish; also, a barrow or truck for shifting baggage, as at railway stations.

lorry

n 1: a large low horse-drawn wagon without sides 2: a large truck designed to carry heavy loads; usually without sides [syn: camion]

Attention to our Japanese friends: Do not confuse lorry with lolly. Licking a lorry might be detrimental to your health.

Sorry couldn't resist. I did resist "solly" though.

There are words in the English language to describe how awesome you are, but most of the ones I'm thinking of would get **** treatment by vBulletin.

Geez...I'm sorry, but Arnold never said that. See below. The funny is that he says that in a movie he is in...
