Right click causes my aim to shift in games (please help!)

This is such a bizarre problem. But when I right click in an fps game my view suddenly shifts. It happens in many different games, but not in windows and I tried 2 different mice and it still happens. What could cause this? Using win 7 x64.

This sucks because I can't play any games that really require aiming.
