<b>Start it up</b>
UT-Start allows you to use different profiles when you start UT. This means that you can have different users with different configs playing on the same computer. More importantly for ModSquad, it allows you to have different configs when playing different mods. This can be quite useful, especially when playing a game like UT4E, which tend to screw up your config completely.
<b>U German?</b>
UT-Start is not without its drawbacks. YOU CANNOT USE IT WITH GAMESPY OR THE UT SERVER BROWSER. In addition, it is a little confusing to set up, particularly if you do not speak German. This is because the author is German and he has used a German version of WinZip to make the installer.Plus his English is not perfect, but much better than my German, so the readme is a little garbled.
