I just returned to the UT99 scene with mapping, but I also thought I'd try my hand at skinning as well. This is a skin I just started working on about 25 minutes ago, only the head so far.

Small update, got his hands and chest completed.

Well I've completed the skin and will zip it up in a few mintues. This is a full view graphic I made for it in wallpaper form.

He reminds me of something from a movie but I can't remember what - some kind of demon/alien guy. Like the cartoony look you gave the body

[EDIT] I'm guessing it's not that easy to skin for UT99 since you had to do it from scratch? (I've only skinned 2k3/2k4)

Alot of people have said they have seen something like him in a movie, but no one can remember what its called.

I used Photoshop 7.0 for the whole thing.

Theres a good one out there called UT Skin Maker.

UTSkinMaker has the wire meshs and the program to import your files and compile your skin. I used that, but I used Photoshop 7.0 to design everything.
