Here's the catch... on those servers (GD... AFA...) that are running the new40mm mutator, I'm facing a new problem.

The new 40mm give a whole new dimension to the game imo. The problem is that I can't afford to have a loadout for every possible combination of 40mm.
So what I do, is that during the game, I often go to the loadout setup and modify the 40mm ammunition selection. Very often, the needs depend on the game progess (see iraq, chita, etc.)

The problem with this, is that sometimes (very often I'd say) I respawn after less the 10 sec. This is too short to modify and change a loadout. So I often respawn with a unmodified loadout or a totally wrong loadout.

Could it be possible to respawn, after the end of the respawn time, only when the fire button is hit? So when I'im in the process of doing something to a loadout, I have time to finish what I do and decide when I'm ready to respawn. I'm not sure how well it would turn out in game, but spawning with the wrong loadout is awfully frustrating. Especially with the new 40 mm... it happens all the time.

I like that idea. I find it annoying to have to race to change my loadout before a round starts or if I am about to spawn.

Another way could be that as long as you are within 2m of a Playerstart then you can change your loadout to whatever you want. So you could go shoot some people and then come back and change your weapon if you wanted or get more ammo.

Actually, if one of you wants to add dynamic loadout modification, it'd be swell. Make it such that you can add stuff and drop stuff out of your loadout via the quick menu.

Coders, GO! :)
