Request for a really crazy mutator

Hi guys! I'm a new player of this wonderful game, I want to make a pinball-like bullets mutator or pinball-like grenades (I mean bullets and nades bouncing as "Flubber") but i have no idea of how to make it (I dont know Java and anything about making programs). Could anyone make it or teach me how to make it? :D

uuuhm ok i'll try to learn Java... Unfortunately i have mark E in maths...
